Shipping Methods
Phoenix Energy Supply ships via UPS from our warehouse in Auburn, New York. Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and your delivery address.
Available shipping options:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 US states and Canada. We do not ship internationally outside of the US and Canada.
Large or Heavy Items
Some items — including heat pumps, flow centers, buffer tanks, and other large equipment — may ship via freight carrier. Freight shipments require a delivery appointment and may include additional handling fees. You will be contacted prior to shipment to arrange delivery.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is not currently offered. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
